The location of your hotel and rooms is very good. The room was always very clean and the staff in the dive centre and restaurants and bars very friendly. My only disappointment was the service received on checking in and out. Despite arriving 1.5 hours after the allowed check in time the room was not ready and when checking out there was an issue regarding use of Flavours points. The person checking me out was very accusatory about not them not having paperwork despite me having 2 emails and being given no indication that other paperwork was required.

AC not very efficient room was always too warm shower head in bathroom held on by elastic band didn't work and sprayed water every where had dinner first night standard buffet nothing special food from BBQ warm main courses boring room service menu better lovely situation of hotel - boat trip excellent staff very friendly
